ERAS PHOTO

I uploaded my ERAS photo, but it looks weird in the oval shape. the photo follows the size and resolution rules. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

If not, I may have to mess around with the sizing again.

ERAS Support replied with: Thank you for your email. The photo only looks distorted in MyERAS. The programs will be able to view and download a better quality version of the photo.
