My eye is twitching

Hello everyone I’ve had the bottom part of my eye twitch constantly for around 4 days now I do use marajuana to help me sleep and I have high eye pressure and an increased risk of glaucoma. Not to sure what to do is it because I smoke? Maybe stress? I haven’t been stressed about anything really lately so I don’t think it’s that but what do you guys think? Thank you all in advance!!!!!!!!
