Does Boston Suck?

Here from KY. Stuck in Orange, MA visiting family. This is probably my last post for a while - we leave Friday.

I'd like to try a pastrami sandwich from Sam LaGrassas and to possibly take my kids to the science museum. Is it worth braving Boston's awful parking, or public transit today? Tips, tricks?
