Health connector is horrible
Where can I file complaint, or find legal help? Why isn’t there a third party checking the competency and qualities of the work done by health connector customer services/enrollment/billing? Why isn’t there any MA competitors to provide marketplace insurance to the public? Why can’t they transfer a call to a supervisor? Why can’t private insurance companies just directly sell their insurances to public and get subsidies ? What’s the purpose of health connector existence between insurers and insurees, while it does not provide the service/helps it supposed to provide? —- Edit: I do recommend Ombuds office they are knowledgeable, kind, patient and provided good guidances and can help fix problems.
