I started lagging after update

Today, after i updated the game i tryied to enter the training mode to try human torch and the thing, only to find myself lagging so much i could barely move. I asked a friend of mine if i was the only one but he has the same problem. Tbh i have no clue about what happened, does anyone have any advice?
