What's some good tips for getting better with Moon Knight?

Been playing him more when able in competitive (Sliver 1) with early success.

Outside of improving my aiming, I feel like there's more I should be doing to get better as I attempt (solo queued) to climb rank and not just rely on his ult and mindlessly spamming attack as crutches for success.
