Am I the only one who feels like the Battlepass progresses far too slowly?

Like, it's almost 10 days into the Battlepass now and I'm just now wrapping up Page 2. I've been doing every mission, challenge, and event as they come out. And I'm still only on Page 2. I can't imagine how slow this must be for people who can't do everything every day. Like, hell, it seems like if you're not doing every challenge, mission, and event every day you might not even be able to finish it on time. Kind of feels like they might be strong-arming people into paying to get it all.

I don't know, I just wish they had some way of just earning Chronotokens via regular play. Like even 25 for a win and 15 for a loss would make it feel better.

PS: Lotta people playing corporate defender here so to those people this is my counter-argument:

As I pointed out, even doing every mission, challenge, and event has only gotten me to near completion of 2 pages. Meaning that in 10 days of playing every day straight I've only just now completed 1/5th of the battlepass. Meaning that it has taken 5 days for each page. Which means to complete the battlepass I won't be done for another 50 days. And that's if I play every. single. day. for the next two months straight. Assuming I wasn't a no-life NEET and I played every other day I would not be able to complete it in time.

And sure, the battlepasses don't "expire" but the Chrono Tokens do. Meaning if you miss out on completing the battlepass any remaining tokens you might have had vanish and you have to start at square zero. Which then puts you behind on the next battlepass and the whole cycle starts over again. At least with some token gain on match wins/losses that can be mitigated. People can put aside more time to play and offset some of the XP lost by not completing the challenges. And sure, you could "let the challenges pile up" as some have suggested but that means that your entire gameplay time will consist of challenge hunting. Imagine only getting a day to play and the majority of that day is spent playing heroes you don't like and not being able to play how you want. NetEase is always talking about how much they value "player choice" and yet this strategy takes all that choice away.

As it stands right now the system is needlessly time gated, anti-consumerist, and just makes me not want to buy future battlepasses. Because what's the point in buying a battlepass if, even if I am extremely loyal and play every single day, I know I won't be done with it for another 2 months.

Personally I love this game but I don't like games trying to forcibly monopolize my time.
