Posting a Character Concept everyday for a month: Day 15: Electro

3/6 of the sinister six is finished. Electro I imagine having a lower damage output but if he hits his skill shot (m2) he can manipulate his target’s movement. Also m1 bounces like warlock E not Moon Knight. All other concepts are on my profile!
