I might be off-base here, but saying ‘GGEZ’ in Gold/Plat is like…. Ultra-Cringe

Title really.

I’m so baffled by it. I’m fiercely ‘okay’ on my best days at the game. I hit Gold 1 for S0 and stopped to not go higher than I can playing with my mates.

And I’m acutely aware of how ‘average at best’ I am.

So, having a close match with back and forth fights, only to have one guy/gal, rocking a 13/12, and taking it waaaaay too personally bragging at the end with ‘GGEZ, X is trash.’ Makes me sorta embarrassed for the person.

Especially if they’re on my team. Almost makes me wish I’d thrown the match.

Like, Bruh. We are in Gold. We both just ran the 6 game loss-streak together. Just…. Relax. 😂
