how come in ranked games my randoms are terrible and the other teams are like the fuckin avengers???

I got into a game. We instantally had 3 TANKS THAT DIDNT SWAP THE WHOLE GAME. Im convinced its easier to get out of plat than to get out of fucking bronze.
