Will this game be optimized

I know this is getting talked about everyday but bro, my overwatch looks phenomenal and runs statistically 2x better with higher settings. How is a cartoon game with lowest settings struggling to get 100+ fps? Not biased I don’t play either of the games considering I litterally can’t play this one and overwatch is boring just using frames as examples
