Why in hell is there no placements, why does everyone start at the same rank?

It makes no sense, It sticks literally every skill level together and just ends up making every match a coin toss whether you get someone decent or not. The fact that you have to climb out of bronze 3 means there can be gm level players in literally every match, or vice versa a guy with no arms "playing" spiderman. Its just completely stupid and makes the experience completelty unplayable.

Also, before i get the "its your fault" bs its a team based game. You can't possibly just run into the enemy and kill them all, thats not how it works. A team is only as strong as its weakest link and its pretty goddamn weak.
