Any Exercises I Can Do At Home? (I'm still sick)

I wanted to do something to work on my Core, Abdominal, Arm And Wrist... The Days Of High School Wrestling did a number on my legs but I could still use some work for them. I also wanted to do some exercises to work on my back and my chest... I wanna LOOK good but I also don't wanna feel like 💩 Everytime I woke up, But Maybe If I exercise while I'm sick, I'll get better too, right? Idk man... I'm just curious. I don't wanna go to a gym rn, I wouldn't wanna get anyone sick
