Looking for a Manga

So I only remember this manga from my childhood when I bought it from Barnes & Nobles. It was multi volume book and the only things I can remember from the plot was this girl was made in a lab or raised by the government and she goes on missions but is also in high school. I also remember the art had her in like dark maroon school blazer. I think she had two best friends, one a guy then one a girl. I also vaguely remember the rich kid in the high school was her love interest but his dad was a bad guy. Can anyone help me find this? I’d love to re read it for nostalgia. Thanks!
