Fear and Anxiety of moving up in career

I am currently a mid level manager and manage a small team of data analysts and programmers - all individual contributors. I have learned a lot in my 4 years managing and I’m sure still a lot more to learn.

I recently applied for a Director role that is 2 grade levels higher and I am being strongly considered for The role. It’s more of a leap than a step up, and I would be managing managers. I know I can do it and be successful at it, and I am willing to learn and rise to the occasion.

However there is the imposter syndrome, fear, and anxiety that keeps creeping up. Wondering if there are any podcasts that you guys would recommend by someone like Brene Brown, Adam Grant, Simon Sinek, etc. that talk about this similar dynamic?

Otherwise if others have similar stories they can share and how they overcame fears and anxieties of moving up to more senior level manager roles, that would be greatly appreciated.

TIA!
