New to Magic, Quick Question—Is the "First Flight" Starter Commander Deck still legal for Commander?

I'm new to Magic, and I'm seeing that sets shuffle out of rotation for Standard every few years. And I found this site that outlines what's currently legal in standard.

My LGS hosts two types of Commander events, one that you can bring a custom deck, and one that's precons only.

Being new, I figured I'd start with the precon event, so I purchased two decks: Miracle Worker for Duskmourn as I like Blue/White quite a bit, and since that one seemed to be a tiny bit advanced, I figured I'd get another simpler deck that's the same color combination, so I purchased "First Flight" from the Starter Commander precon series.

Is First Flight still legal? Do I have to worry about precons ever not being legal, outside of if a specific card here and there is banned? Is there a resource to see if entire precons are legal in different formats anywhere, or do I have to look card by card?
