This is the worst I've ever experienced with lupus, please help!

I'm scared I think I'm having a really bad lupus attack with all of the hives, I have a sore in my mouth, and just now for the last 10 minutes part of my left hand and 2 fingers went numb. I didn't put ANY weight on it to do that and it's not fixing itself. I don't know what to do.

I was even trying to massage feeling back into it & it only feels marginally better.

I've been diagnosed SLE for about 2ish years. I've never had it this bad before. My body is in so so much pain and my skin is burning everywhere. What should I do?? Do I need to go to the hospital? Try and wait it out until the morning? I took prednisone about an hour ago & another plaquinil as well. What can I do to relieve the burning & itchiness on my face & skin?

I'm really freaked out. 27/F. I believe the attack has been spurred on by prolonged stress (living with an ex & fighting constantly). I included the picture of my collar bone to show just how bad it is. My face, arms & torso are covered in them. I've felt really dizzy and nauseous the last few days and by the time I get into bed I feel as bad as I did the first time I had covid and I ache all over. Should I be worried? Do I need someone to take me to the hospital? Or should I see if the prednisone helps?
