Successful stories about stopping binge eating?
Just yesterday I came back to calorie deficit after two weeks of emotionally overeating. I’ve noticed that I’ve become better at it: for a couple of days i powered through, but still the binge urge won on other days.
I want to know about you journeys, how long did it take? Do you think it’s possible to redirect entirely since for most of us it’s a mechanism we learn in childhood. For now it seems that no, yk once a binge eater always a binge eater but you can become better.
Maybe some life hacks? Currently I just don’t have any things that actively trigger binges at home (bread, olives, sugary stuff, salty snacks). And my binges actually came from the fact that i visited my parents who have a lot of that stuff
