It has stalled
Hey everyone, When I (38f, 176lbs, 174cm tall) started I lost about 4 lbs in a month and then it stalled. I can't do intermittent fasting or fancy juice diets. I eat clean with chicken and egg as my regular sources of protein. My carbs come from wheat bread, wheat flour, quinoa and (occasional) rice. Dairy is non fat. My weight maintenance is about 2100 calories. I exercise 3-4 times (moderately) a week. I restrict my calorie intake to 1700 with zero sugar. I do my best on some days at 1600 cals. With diet, that's the best I can do with all the multiple physical activities and other things going on in my life. What more can I do to max my results? Thank you.
