What can I possibly replace food with?

I'm like 6'0" 400lbs now, 35M. Food has been my source of comfort forever. I have like, nothing else in my life.

The thought of giving up the foods I like forever scares me and always makes me fail in any sort of weight loss thing, or barely even start.

I don't know what to do. This feels completely insurmountable. I'm worried my brain just doesn't have the right chemistry for any sort of willpower.

I'm weighing (pun intended) the options of just accepting a heart attack at 45-50 and enjoying food until then.
