Should I unfollow my LO & remove him from my followers?

I'm conflicted because I spend a LOT of time stalking him and repeatedly visiting his profile (even if he hasn't posted anything) and I know this is very debilitating and damaging to my mental health. Also whenever I upload something I get very anxious constantly checking if he watches my story (he almost always does) or likes my post (he never does). On the rare occasions that he doesn't watch my story it will ruin my mood for THE ENTIRE DAY.

But since his page is private I'm afraid this will make me obsessively wonder about what he posts and go crazy knowing that I'll probably never be able to see it and have to live with the curiosity (I obviously won't request again). If I remove him that could also make me dread the fact that he won't see my pictures.

Help, I'm emotionally exhausted from this.
