how do i come out?

i’ve told my mum twice “i think im trans”, first time she said “okay we’ll wait a few months and tell the family you’re trans", that was it and nothing happened after. i tell her a fucking year later “i think i’m trans” she just said “why do you feel like that” i said “cus idk i just don’t feel like a girl” i really don’t know how to answer the question, but seriously how tf am i supposed to come out a third fucking time?
