Youmko scam?

I ordered three sets on there and only got sent one. Is there a way to get my money back from the other two?

Edit: I didn’t realize I ordered MOC which takes longer to ship, thank you to the Youmko team for helping. It was a misunderstanding on my part. I will definitely be ordering from here again later down the line!
