Mould King Millennium Falcon 21026 Question

Hey,
I'm very very new to LEGO. I just bought the original R2-D2 75308 and finished it. That one was actually pretty easy tbh.

Now I ordered the Mould King 21026 and watched a lot of reviews.
I feel like it could be too much for a beginner that just started building stuff.
I love the Flacon and always wanted it, so I can just display it at my appartment, but right now I consider it to returning it, because it seems from reviews, that it's really hard to build and maybe too much for a beginner that just started?
I'm actually not sure if I should keep it or not.
The Version I got is the 2023 Q2 but I don't know where the differences are to the ones that were made before.
Can anybody give me like a little feedback on what should I do?
