Calcium and Multivitamin help

Hi!! I have a baby gecko who is about two months now, and has a calcium dish (without the D3) in his tank 24/7. I recently bought Repashy calcium plus for food dustings since it has his multivitamins as well. How often do I dust his food? I feed him everyday since he's a baby. I don't want to overdose him on the D3
