Adjustment period?

Picked our Leo up on Friday morning from a local pet store. She’s been hanging out in her cool hide most of the time. We were told they’ve been feeding her Monday Wednesday and Friday, 2-3 roaches a day. She hasn’t been interested when I’ve offered. I’m hoping it’ll pass, what now?
