Brother in laws want to sue.

My Mother-in-law passed away just over 5 months ago. She was 93. My husband and I are executors.
The will states that her estate is to be split equally. We have divided her investment income already. The problem lies with the house. We have been living with her and taking care of her for 16 years. She had dementia that started to show itself after a hospital stay in July of 2021.
In February of 2021 she added my husband to the title of the house. According to her lawyer, it was because if it weren't for us, she never could have stayed in her home. Needless to say, the brothers are pissed off. The one brother lives in a different province and has been to see her maybe 4 times in 16 years. The other brother lives in the same town but only visited for 10 to 15 minutes every couple weeks. My husband has never been away for more than an overnight as she didn't like being alone. We even paid rent. The brothers feel they are "entitled" to their share. One brother even called the day after she died (in my arms) to tell us to get a sign on the lawn and get the house sold. No thought to where we would live. We have been harassed since then to either sell or pay them off or they would sue. Thoughts anyone? Would they even gave a chance? We also have a doctors letter stating that at the time she added my husband to the title she was mentally capable if doing so. The both already own their own homes.
