How to send TRC20 USDT

Hi everyone, I thought it will be easy to use trc20 on ledger but no. I don't understand why it requires me to pay so much fees even though I already stacked a lot of TRX for energy. 1600+- TRX staked for energy and 100 for bandwidth.

Questions are: 1- how much do we need energy and bandwidth to send USDT 2- how much energy and bandwidth to swap USDT to TRX 3- is there a calculator to calculate it 4- why it's so expensive? I already have staked +-450$ USDT and still can't make even a single swap or transaction per day 5- why ledger can't show fees on bandwidth and energy

I am sending again and again small amounts of TRX and stake it to get energy, but it's getting expensive to freeze, stake thousand or more USDT in TRX just to make a couple transactions per month. It's definitely better to choose a different network with smaller fees and less problems, that's what I'm considering.
