What's the best way to exit/enter the country quickly.

Hi, I'm a documentary photographer working in Lebanon. In january 6, my three months visa will end and I'll need to exit/enter the country to renew it. I cannot just pay at the airport when I'm done because I need it updated to manage my press accreditations and my relations with the Hezob to be able to work in the country. Any tips? Thanks!
