Tips for cravings/oral fixation

I've always had an oral fixation and ten years of heavy smoking has definitely exacerbated this issue. For extra spice, I also struggled with binge eating disorder for years, and so now I'm at the devastating crossroads of managing withdrawal while also trying to manage not relapsing into my eating disorder (proudly in recovery from that for 3 years now <3)

Any tips on how to occupy my hands and mouth when I'm crawling up the walls?
