Manifestation for Fraternity

I am in a band service fraternity, and I am manifesting to take in a little brother. Long story short, I already have a little brother, but both of us do not have the typical close big brother/little brother relationship because we have very different personalities. However, I am ready to take in another little brother, and I share a very friendly relationship with the person that I want to take as my little brother. How can I manifest being granted this person to be assigned as my little brother?
