Seed Type recommendation

I've been watching YouTube videos about lawn renovations, and I'm planning to overseed or possibly renovate my lawn this spring. I'm trying to decide what kind of seeds I should use. Currently, my yard is likely a mix of various types of random seeds from big box stores used in the past. I live in NYC, and I believe I'm in zone 7b. Part of my yard experiences heavy foot traffic, and I have a dog that we let out 2 to 3 times a day. I was considering a Tall Fescue and Kentucky Bluegrass blend. I'm really looking for something that would stand up to dog urine (as much as possible), heavy foot traffic, and occasional drought (due to forgetting to water). Thanks in advance!

Forgot to add i am new to this whole process.

My plan is this spring is to: Dethacth/scarafiy, level w/ top soil or compost, tenacity (or equivelent) seed, peat moss and water.

Another question: can i use tenacity and Scotts Turf Builder Triple Action Built For Seeding, Weed Preventer and Fertilizer for New Lawns at the same time?
