Mechanic clothes impregnated with oil, sweat, and concrete dust.

My husband is a diesel mechanic, and I have tried everything I can think of to get the stank out of his clothes, I need new ideas. I use fast orange grease detergent meant for mechanics clothes, it doesn’t do it. I have soaked the clothes in hot water, baking soda, vinegar, and detergent. It doesn’t not do it. Help me please!!!
