Yes he's inconsistent but he's essentially a 4th option on offense after Lebron, AD, Reaves

He's rebounding has improved along with defense. Casuals will point out his mistakes like its season ending when Reaves and even Lebron blow defensive plays and assignments.

This is what Rui is if Lakers click on defense and share the ball on offense. Yes Rui can be more aggressive but hes not the focal point and hes rebounding along with defending.
