So apparently there's CCTV to show that what Hanni said about the manger and being ignored was false.

The pivotal event that led the NewJeans members to lose trust in HYBE was the controversy surrounding personnel issues with the manager of HYBE’s girl group, ILLIT. The incident dates back to around June, about three months ago. At that time, Min Hee-jin had just won a legal battle against HYBE. On the evening of the 11th, NewJeans member Hanni detailed the situation during a YouTube live broadcast, stating that a manager from HYBE had told the other members to ignore her, seemingly referring to the incident with the ILLIT manager.

Concerned about potential workplace bullying, the parents of NewJeans informed ADOR and HYBE management of the issue and requested discussions for a smooth resolution. However, the two sides had differing interpretations of the "personnel controversy," leading to unresolved conflicts. HYBE claimed that after reviewing 7-8 minutes of CCTV footage capturing the situation, they found no issues, showing Hanni and ILLIT members exchanging greetings, and no problematic remarks from the manager were detected.
