Buying train ticket

Hello everyone,

I’m having trouble buying my train ticket from Korail. Everything works fine until I verify the payment—then the payment screen just goes white, and nothing happens.

Do I really need to buy a ticket in advance, or do you think it would be fine to buy it at the train station on Wednesday when traveling from Seoul to Gyeongju?
