Ad removal waiting time

Hello, everyone! I have contacted the customer support a few hours ago about ad removal. (Around 7 or 8 PM Bucharest time - bow it is around 10:30 PM here) The agent said to allow 24/48 hours between the change should take effect and they will eventually send an email. Is there a way the change could take place earlier? I'm not a patient person and I've restarted my kindle with WiFi on several times and there are still ads shown. Haha For reference, I have the Kindle Basic 11th gen 2024 edition. Thank you in advance!
