Stress and Keto
Have any of you guys figured out a way to combat stress eating?
I am a pretty emotional eater and when I have really stressful times I am completely drawn to sugar, cake, all the foods that are bad but make me feel better. So far I have stayed away but the struggle is real!!
Does anyone know of any really good ways to combat this? Foods that are keto that seem to satisfy that bad habit or keep you away from it?
