[NSV] Made sushi rolls didn't touch a grain of it

Food addiction is real. Only on day 3, I wanted to make sushi rolls for some dinner guests yesterday and it was ROUGH! I fought the urges so hard, smelling and feeling the rice grains oh my god. Proud of myself for not eating a grain of it and making my own version with cauliflower instead. Rice is definitely one of my "trigger" foods along with anything with potatoes in it. You're probably wondering why I would put myself in a dangerous scenario like that, I just really love cooking for people. If I can overcome fighting urges and temptations early on I figure the rest will be cruise control.
