Some high-volume, ultra low carb meals when you want to get full?

I often read keto food blogs that advertise their latest recipes as being "keto!" or "under 5g net carbs!" -- only to realize that they split the recipe into tiny portion sizes to make their claims.

This is frustrating to me, since I am reworking my relationship with food. I can't make a gigantic batch of delicious food and only eat 1/4 cup of it. I know I should be a better person. I know I am weak and terrible and all the other stuff I see some folks on here spouting. BUT, part of getting healthy is recognizing my faults, my limitations, and attempting to avoid them.

I tend to make single-serving batches of food so I know whatever is in front of me is what I can eat. I am working on my self control but right now this is what is working best for me.

Frankly, though, I am getting really tired of tuna salad and chicken salad and egg salad and taco salad.

I just made a braindead-simple recipe and realized maybe I need to get more creative. I came up with a Super low-carb tuna casserole.

The recipes out there, even on keto blogs, call for lots of erroneous ingredients. Tons of onions, bell peppers, zucchini, etc are going to add up the carb count if I want to eat more than a 5-bite snack of 200 calories.

Literally I took a package of shirataki noodles, a can of tuna, 3 tbsp mayo, 30g emmanteler cheese, and 6tbsp parmesan and baked it. It was very good. Spinach would have been a good addition.

I try to stay away from so much dairy as that is a problem food for me, but this was a recipe that was low enough in carbs and calories that I could easily eat the whole thing and be fine. I do want to branch out in the future.

Are there any other go-to meals that maximize bang for your buck in terms of volume and carb count?
