IMPORTANT QUESTION REGARDING THE CHOICE 2 IN ROUND 2.

Guys if I choose the second choice in round 2 will I be able to add the colleges that were previously removed cause they were below the college I was allotted?

I had few options below the college I got alloted in my round 2 which I wanted. So if choose the second choice now will I be able to add those options?
