VSA X Agent doesnt register

I noticed that some agents dont register and when i checked i saw that the service is set to automatic but its not running. I tried to start it but it wont, it only works when i remove the agent then install it. Have you guys come across this issue before? Im trying to resolve this issue for multiple computers without doing a reinstalling. Any ideas guys?
