Recommendations for a moving company in Jacksonville?

I’m looking for a reliable and affordable moving company or team of 2 people to help me move a 1-bedroom apartment from the 2nd floor to another 1-bedroom on the 3rd floor (no elevators). It’s primarily heavy furniture in boxes.

The move is only about 8 minutes apart, so it’s a local job. Any recommendations for movers who are efficient, careful with belongings, and won’t break the bank? If you’ve used them personally, please list the names?
