Why is this so bad suddenly?

I’ve owned nearly every interation of every iPhone since its inception save for a few.

Never had I had so many software issues.

Messages randomly freezes. I can’t click any messages. I have to completely close the app and reopen to use it.

Prior to even starting this - my phone just randomly rebooted?

This is possibly the buggiest I’ve ever seen iOS and at times it’s acting an android in terms of lag

anyone else? - this is a 16 pro running 18.1.1
