Regretting resetting all settings 😩

My camera on my iPhone 14 Pro Max has been acting up. I’m getting the “Camera not recognized” error message and thought maybe resetting my camera settings back to default would fix the issue. I reset all settings and regret it. I should have just left it alone. Reconfiguring all my notifications and settings is giving me such a headache. The biggest thing is I cannot find “contacts” in my list of apps in order to set the sort order back to last, first. Does anyone know why this is missing for me now? Is there a way for me to just restore from a backup to get all my settings back at once? TIA
