Has anyone found a lock screen or home screen widget that counts how often you pick up your phone? :)

Would love to see the number every time I pick up my phone, maybe that'll make me be more conscious before unlocking it and doom scroll again!

I know I can go to settings > screen time and there i'll see the pick ups, but I really think it should be on my lock screen...
