Battery life. We need a breakthrough.
The Mini 7 is apparently the most powerful Mini so far, and as I've had quite a bit of spare time lately I've been using it more. Mainly browsing and Reddit, and a bit of streamed music. The problem for me is that despite claims of all-day battery life, I often need to be close to a power socket to recharge. Part of the problem is that I restrict it 80% charge with a monthly top-up to 100% and right now I'd rather preserve the battery thus way.
So what we need is a real breakthrough in battery tech, and maybe Apple should stop making devices so thin that battery life noticeably suffers. The former will be difficult, the latter .. well are we in with a chance?
