How to turn off “video available”

Does anyone know how to turn off “Video Available”? It comes up when I’m playing music from Spotify on the iOS app. It’s annoying because when I’m driving all I can see is the song title and Video Available rather than the artist name. I’m on iOS 18.2.1.
