How can you rearrange the control center after the 18.2.1 iPhone update?

I just updated my phone to the latest software and my control center looks different. I can no longer easily turn my cellular data on and off, because the Airdrop option has taken the place of the Cellular Data button. Is there any way to swap these two so that the 3 large buttons are Airplane Mode, Cellular Data, and Wi-Fi? I’d prefer not to have to click to the second screen every time in order to turn my data on/off.
