Apple Intelligence Rewrite won’t touch medical questions

I’m a psychiatrist, and texted a medical colleague about a patient we were co-managing. I wasn’t trying to ask Siri to check my medical facts, or render a decision— just wanted to clean up my text to look more professional since I typed it up rather quickly.

So, thought this was interesting.

Anyone else encounter any no-gos like this?
